Noah plays Ask, the youngest son of the Warren family. He is the one the most attached to the family spirit, and constantly tries to make everybody happy and to create a peaceful atmosphere. He wrote and updates a "list of rules", that he observes in his everyday life. When his brother Tom (Peter Berg) comes back home for summer vacations, the two of them have to face the resentment of their older brother Charlie towards their father: Charlie burns the family house, and lets his younger brothers discover the letters that their father received from his mistress. While Ask and Tom try to burn the letters, Ask is hit by a car...
